Excercise Minutes

Hi all! I hope you guys have had a wonderful weekend! How is everyone doing? I am doing ok, but I have definitely fizzled the last few weeks. I decided to mix it up, and tried zumba last Saturday. I did it again on Wednesday, and I love it. I need to keep mixing things up. I am going to calorie count this week. Wish me luck! Now...for our challenge this week, how should we divide up the cardio and weight minutes? Should we all take an equal amount, or should we keep track for a few days, and fill in where needed? I think either way should be fine! Lets go out with a bang this week! Oh and is anyone going to do this challenge again? I want to, if anyone wants to join me! I want to improve from this challenge.   1. I think you are awesome wanting to keep going. I am going to do 135 minutes of cardio and 90 minutes of strength training this week. I don't think I will do the challenge officially again but I will keep following the rules.

  2. I think we just divide it up evenly. So far I've done 60 in weight and 150 in cardio. so I'll do 20 minutes of weights tomorrow and I'll have hit my mark for the week. But I will continue to exercise, and let you know what my numbers are. apparently I haven't been getting the comment updates. Who knew? Anyways. I am not planning on doing the challenge next time. I always need a break. I don't think I do well in these types of competitions. Anywho- Hope everyone is doing well!
