Imagine trying to keep a straight face when your coach is giving you this pep talk. :-) I'm proud of everyone and their efforts these last eight weeks. I am thankful for the motivation to live healthier. Even though I won't be in a challenge going forward, I am in a challenge with myself now and will keep it up throughout the year.
Jess...YOU ROCK!! That's awesome that you're in a "challenge {with} yourself". I like the quote, but I will NOT urinate all over myself. I will have to come up with something a little different. :)
