WEEK 6 BONUS...

EXERCISE ACCOUNTABILITY & WORKOUT PARTNER

1. Email/blog/fb at least one teammate your "exercise log" each workout or skipped
workout day. (5 possible "exercise log" days)People tend to choose more
challenging workouts and try harder when they know someone is going to ask what
they've done for exercise that day. Also, if someone on your team hasn't told
you what they're doing for exercise speak up and hold them accountable, not just
for points but for their health! These are your friends aren't they? Then
be a good friend.
2. At least one workout this week must be done with a "workout buddy" (this buddy does NOT need to be a team member)I believe we work harder, faster, longer and with more enthusiasm when we're next to someone else who is right there encouraging us to finish one more set, who
tells us we can do more than we think possible, who won't let us stop when it starts getting difficult, because they know and understand our goals and ambition!5 pts per reported workout
day (or non-workout) = 25 points possible

1 day exercise with a buddy = 10 pts
(5 days reporting + 1 day with a buddy = 35 points total)
This challenge is meant to help us step up our workouts, push ourselves a little more than we have before and get some good ideas for fresh workouts!
