I often find motivation from books, not to mention I always learn something new. So here is a book I sort of fell upon about a month ago. It is really fantastic. I don't know if it is "the magic pill", but for me, with where I'm at, I was ready to take the information the book offers and use it.
I don't know if it's one of those books where it just spoke to me, or if I was finally just ready to lose weight and needed some structure. Either way, it's helping me. And I feel quite hopeful right now with eating, exercising, weight loss, etc.
I think it's a good book worth a read, wether you have time or not. Make some time, check it out, and tell me what you think. Just as a side note, I found the first chapter to be not very helpful, but after that really started to enjoy it.
