Our week 4 challenge will be tough for me! In the winter my kids drive me crazy, so a few times a week we head to some fast food restaurant and order something to share then the kids run around for an hour to get energy out. Now I will need to think of another way to get them to settle down :)
Also a quick reminder, we measure ourselves at the end of week four, so let's make this week a great one! Every 1/2 inch makes a huge difference!

NO EATING OUT
This week we will be eliminating eating out (home delivery & take out included). In doing so, we will save calories, stretch our dollars and reconnect with our loved ones! Win-win-win! Restaurants add loads of unnecessary calories and fat to their foods to get you come back for more. Don't even get me started on the portion sizes! And you know what?? Their strategy works!! Know what else? You pay for it...financially & physically. I know this can feel tough if you're used to relying on dinner made by someone else, especially if you have a very busy schedule. Just remember you will save money & calories if you plan ahead instead of stopping at the burger joint drive-thru and other restaurants. Who knows, you might even find that your family enjoys spending the extra time together preparing healthy meals. And if you're single, leave the restaurant scene and invite your friends over for some good grub. Have some fun with this! See below for a few great recipe sites.
