Week 3: Complete!!!
My points are in! I had a total of 167. I didn't get perfect points for sugar, but I did lose 1 entire pound. Ok, I am like Shanna on her previous post. I was hoping I would lose like 5 pounds this week because of all the exercise and little sugar I ate. Oh well, patience I guess! How is everyone else feeling so far about the challenge? Remember, next week we measure again, and each 1/2 lost counts!

ReplyDeleteFriday: breakfast-spinach, blueberry, and yogurt smoothy. Bacon. Lunch- corn on the cob, mashed potatoes and chicken fried steak and gravy. (leftovers). Dinner-bacon, hashbrowns with peppers, onions sausage and ham, 1 small pancake with syrup.
Saturday: pancake with syrup, bacon. Lunch- spinach, strawberry, blueberry and yogirt smoothy. Dinner- ham and cheese crescent rolls, chips. Snack-red peppers with yogurt dip, ritz.
Sunday: yikes! Breakfast: cripy cream donuts(2) lunch-1/4 c. Rice and 1/4 c. Sweet and sour pork. Chocolate milk. Snacks- 1 c. Grapes, peppers, cucumbers and ranch. Brownie and scoop of ice cream. 2 mini butterfinger crisps and a few kisses. Oh and some popcorn. Ok that was embarrassing. No wonder I am barely losing. Hear is to a new week!
I struggled a bit last week. I got 188 points and lost .8 pounds. That's right, not even a full pound.
ReplyDeleteI struggled too. I didn't lose a pound...SHOCKING...NOT!! I agree with Irene and Shanna. We can DO THIS!! Be strong; resist the urges to eat sweets (I know I need that reminder every 20 minutes) and exercise.
