Moderation in all things
Hi all. I hope everyone has had a great week! I am sure Misty has at Disneyworld, and Elaine at the beach! Mya I hope you make lots of friends and get all settled soon! And how can I not mention Jess and irene?! Lets hang out soon! Ok so I have ben pondering moderation alot this week. I know moderation if a good thing, and important, but it is do hard for me! I have realized in my life I am an all or nothing kind of girl. This is true in many aspects of my life. If my house can't look prefect, why bother. If I can't lose weight fast and be great living a healthy lifestyle, I give up. I sert the bar piety high for myself. Alot of the time, I fail. Just like this challenge, I put my goal at 20 lbs, and 3 weeks in I have lost 3 which honestly is fine! Anyways the best thing that has happened to me this challenge, is our team goal of 90%. It is helping me take a different approach and not looking at this challenge as all or nothing. I can just try to do the best I can and mess up a little along the way. :) Now that is moderation.

Snack: salad, orange.
Saturday breakfast: isagenix shake
Lunch: salad v-fusion
Dinner: orange chicken, rice, stir fry vegetables.
Snack: yogurt

Lunch: ham sandwich
Dinner: lasagna, salad, v-fusion
Snack: orange
Breakfast: 2 french toast, syrup, potatoes, cucumbers
