Monday: lunch-chick fil a crispy cjicken salad with ranch and 1 chick fil a sauce; dinner- 8 meatballs, 1/2 chip posts snd sauce and 1c. Brussel sprouts with craisins and almonds.
Tuesday: breakfast-maple and brown sugar oatmeal w/ 1/4c. 1% milk, banana; lunch 4 pieces of thin bacon,2c. brussel sprouts with craisins and almonds; dinner-2 onion rings, 3 boneless buffalo wings w/ ranch, 1 chicken wanton taco, and some potato twisters with white queso(out with friends!).
Wednesday: breakfast-1 toast w/ butter and jam; lunch-spinach salad with red onion, craisins, cheese, almonds, bacon and poppyseed dressing on spinach and romaine; dinner-cream of broccoli and cauliflower soup w/ shredded cheese; snack-pringles
Thursday: breakfast-3 clementines; lunch-romaine lettuce, grape tomatoes, shredded cheese, garlic lime chicken, 1/4c. each of corn and black beans, cilantro lime vinagrette; dinner-fried onion stack wirh jalapenos(maybe a cup) 1/2 small diner salad w/ ranch, a few bites of country fried steak and mashed potatoes with country gravy.
Yikes! I see I need to be more careful with sauces and dressings. Have a best weekend all!

ReplyDeleteThursday- Spinach and fruit smoothie, chicken tostada salad, and, I am not proud of this, half a can of pringles
Friday- spinach and fruit smoothie, vegetable soup, steak and shrimp w/mixed vegetables and mashed potatoes
Saturday- bowl of Trix, spinach and fruit smoothie, two crispy tacos, a few french fries, dr. pepper, chicken stir fry, goldfish crackers.
The highlight of my week was getting in 6 intense workouts, including a 5 mile jog today!!!
