This is MISTY'S food list...

Tuesday I had: Breakfast: eggsLunch: chicken, corn yogurtSnack: cucumbers and hummus. Dinner:Teddy grams beef jerky, Quaker cracker things I've never seen before.

Today: Breakfast : banana Lunch:grilled veggie sub and sweet potato friesDinner: grilled talapia, veggies, and rice. Ice cream sandwich Snack: strawberry smoothie.

    Breakfast: isagenix shake
    Lunch: 2 servings chicken sticks, v-fusion
    Snack: yogurt.
    Dinner: Chick-fil-a 4 Piece chicken nugget kids meal with waffle fries and a sprite
    Snack: birthday cake, chocolate chip frozen yogurt, orange

    Food for Wednesday
    Breakfast: isagenix shake, grapes
    Lunch: turkey bacon sandwich
    Snack: yogurt, orange
    Dinner: steak fajitas with peppers and onions, salad
