So, here's my food log for the last 2 days. hope everyone is doing well.

My food for Lunes (Mon):
Breakfast: Fitness Bran flakes cereal w/ activia yogurt,
piece of bread with peanut butter
Snack: carrots, celery, cucumber, ¼ cup of mixed nuts
Lunch: Sandwich, mayo, mustard, turkey, tomato, lettuce, Mrs.
Dash sprinkled on top, a few chips
Snack: Apple
Dinner: Salad from Burger King, 2 bites of Collin’s
hamburger, a few TOO many fries
My food for Martes (Tues):
Breakfast: Fitness Bran flakes cereal w/ activia yogurt, banana
with peanut butter
Snack: carrots, celery, cucumber, peaches
Lunch: Sandwich, mayo, mustard, turkey, tomato, lettuce, Mrs.
Dash sprinkled on top, a few chips
Snack: Apple, ¼ cup of nuts, hummus with pita chips
Dinner: wheat tortilla with
refried beans on top w/ sour crm, tomatoes, olives, corn
For Tuesday-
ReplyDeleteBreakfast:2 eggs, 2 pieces toast, 2 pieces sandwich ham
Snack: banana
Lunch: 1 crisp taco, then I heated up some leftover broccoli and ate 2 servings
Snack: apple
Dinner: Sloppy Joe with 1 slice cheese and carrot sticks
