One thing I keep reading over and over again is that the most effective way to lose weight is to make sure our workout routines include cardiovascular activities and strength training. I think it's important to note that in order to avoid injury and increase flexibility it's a good idea to also incorporate stretching exercises into our workouts.
This week we will focus on creating balance in our workouts. 35 BONUS points can be earned by doing the following:
3 CARDIO WORKOUTS
(ie: walking, running, swimming, biking, hiking, dancing, etc)
