ReplyDeleteWell, I need to work on not drinking my booze whilst standing. Darn it. That is going to be a tough one for me. But I did like the suggestions. I found a recipe on-line for a lemon water thing. I'll have to post it. I was a little wary of it at first, but then it turned out to be strangely refreshing, and really pretty! My favorite was the one that says try new recipes. I am trying to add a new vegetable every week. Or a new way to cook a vegetable I already eat. That has really helped me a lot. ReplyDeleteI am so glad Misty is going to stop drinking booze whilst standing. Huge pet peeve of mine. I was watching Dr Oz and had a guy talking about booster foods and I really need to add more vegetables and make it a habit. There are so many veggies I just don't like!
