Tuesday
How is everyone doing so far? Sunday I was struck by some awful flu bug... which does really well for me not eating sugar, but right now I can't eat anything. The good thing is I drink Orange Juice, eat oranges, and lots of soup. I am hoping tomorrow I will be able to at least do a little exercise! Sometimes I enjoy the not hungry part of being sick. It helps me kick my soda addiction into gear. I LOVE SODA!!!! But since I have been sick I can't drink it at all, and my goal for this challenge is to not do sugar except for on my free day. :) Happy health challenge everyone!

ReplyDeleteOH that is no fun!! I'm hoping you feel better today. I kicked soda a while ago, but have it every now and then if I really, really need one. I try to tell myself the reason I don't drink it is because I don't want diabetes. It runs in my family and that's a big cause, I've read. I'm not telling you this to scare you, but that's how I kicked the habit of "1+ can of diet coke daily" routine. Hope you were able to eat something today! EH :)
