We can do this if we support each other and stay committed. I'm not talking about winning the most points or the most weight loss. It's about changing our way of thinking, acting upong it and
then continuously doing it!!

I need to share an experience...
I visit teach a sister that for the first time (to actually meet/visit her) we had her come to my house last night with my companion. We had a wonderful experience. She is going through such similar things as did my husband and I with our infertility (many, many moons ago for us). It's amazing to me when we may not understand at first why Heavenly Father has given us such people to VT then I quicly learned why (at least for one of the reasons). My companion also
had infertility issues. Between the two of us, we could help her and will continue to do so through that process. It was so neat to have her in my home...she's awesome.

It was her birthday and I made one of those Jello-O boxed cheesecakes (knockoff
brand) and was somewhat (EXTREMELY) tempted to eat a piece. I gave a piece to
each sister, they ate it and I didn't TOUCH IT! They obviously asked why and I
told them I couldn't and I'm trying to not eat sweets. Afterwards, I gave the
rest of the cheesecake to the birthday girl. I didn't even lick their forks or
the knife that cut the cake. I was quite impressed with myself!!
